National Adult Pond Hockey Championships on Dollar Lake in Eagle River; named the recipient of SportTravel Magazine's 2009 SportsTravel Award for the nation's best amateur single-sport event. Watch exciting hockey action as more than 200 teams compete on 24 lake rinks for the National Championship.

35th Annual Ride With The Champs - Join us in St. Germain for the annual inductions into the Snowmobile Hall of Fame. Ride with past and present race champions and snowmobile VIP's, and then attend the induction ceremony.

Klondike Days - Voted Wisconsin's #1 Winter Festival! 10th Annual Walk In The Woods Art Fair - Fine Art Fair in St. Germain! Held in the park behind the Chamber of Commerce from 9 AM to 3:00 PM. Featuring many talented artists from around the area and their works, including but not limited to: pottery, paintings, photography, handmade jewelry and furniture. There will be wine from Brigadoon Winery for sale by the glass as well as a wine tasting with fine cheeses to accompany and live music.

Annual Colorama - St. Germain is the “Birthplace of Colorama”. Craft Show from  10-6 PM. Silent auction, farmers’ market, wine tasting and pumpkin painting for the children. “Mums the Word” fall flower sale. A variety of great food will be available. Held in St. Germain Community Park.

September 22nd. & 23rd.

Annual Beef-A-Rama and Rump Roast Run - Friday eve dance 6-9:30pm.  Saturday 9am - Rump Roast Run sponsored by the Lakeland Area Rotary Clubs.  The downtown Minocqua beef cook-offs begin bright and early in the morning along with live music and other tasty treats.  Early sandwich sales begin at 1pm.  Other all day activities include a craft show at Torpy Park from 9am to 5pm, kids activities, and of course the famous parade of beef at 2:45 down main street.  Cap off the day by purchasing one of these succulent beef sandwiches at 3pm at Torpy Park, Minocqua.
